Who should choose Starter?

Who should choose Dealership?
Any floor with multiple people posting. Up to 13 logins, two managers, shared inventory, per-rep queues, assign-to-associate workflows, analytics, and leads — built for how a real dealership operates.
Is there a limit on vehicles?
No. Both plans include unlimited vehicles. Draft, queue, post, and mark sold without counting against a cap. Removed/archived units stay in history but do not block new imports.
How does the Chrome extension work?
Install our extension, sign in with your dashboard email, and open Facebook Marketplace. Auto-Post pulls vehicles from your personal queue one at a time, fills the listing form, and reports posted or failed back to the dashboard.
What is the posting queue?
Each rep has a personal queue. Add vehicles from inventory when you are ready to post. A vehicle can only sit in one queue at a time, so nothing gets double-posted. Managers on Dealership can assign vehicles to associate queues.
What are sales reps vs associates?
Sales reps browse inventory and add vehicles to their own queue. Associates are posting-only — they work from a manager-assigned queue and do not browse the full lot. Dealership includes both roles.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. Upload CSV or Excel from your DMS or spreadsheet export, map columns once, preview rows, and import hundreds of vehicles in seconds. Import history logs every run with row-level errors.
Can I capture vehicles from other websites?
Yes. The Chrome extension captures listings from auction and wholesale sites straight into your inventory — included on both Starter and Dealership.
Does PostToMarket write my Facebook titles and descriptions?
Yes. AI generates Marketplace-ready titles and descriptions from your vehicle details. You can edit before posting and choose which photos go on each listing.
How do posting limits protect my Facebook account?
Daily caps and minimum delays between posts are enforced server-side — not just in the browser. That applies across your whole team so no one accidentally triggers a restriction.
Can I switch from Starter to Dealership later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime when you hire staff. Your inventory stays put — you add team logins and unlock manager tools on Dealership.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free ($590/yr Starter, $2,990/yr Dealership). Monthly billing is also available at $59 and $299.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract on standard plans. Cancel from billing settings and your subscription stops at the end of the current period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 10-day free trial. Stripe collects your card at checkout, starts the trial immediately, and charges the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
What payment methods do you accept?
